He could simply speak it into existence. He is the creator of all the physical dimension. There is no matter not created by Him and subject to Him.
He walked on water. He spoke to the wind and waves to be still and they obeyed. He feed thousands with a few fish and a bit of bread. He healed the sick and raised the dead.

He could make a flaming chariot run without any fuel at all!

You have taken various aspects of the scriptures and mixed them up.
The ' flaming chariot' is not literal.
It is from the book of Ezekiel and is a vision depicting Almighty God's heavenly arrangement and how it will arrive regardless of anything else. Nopt Jesus' chariot, but his Fathers.]
The ' sword' is from Revelation, nd depicts the 'word' of God's Kingdom, that Jesus was sent to earth to spread, with the help of his apostles and disciples.
It is not literal either and depicts knowledge. But knowledge with a warning.
