- Windows Defender
- Calendar
- Photo Gallery
- Sidebar
- Search Box
- Usage of 400 MB RAM
- Program Incompatibility
- 140 Seconds Boot
- Voice Recognition Thingy

While Windows XP has:

- 145 MB Usage of RAM
- Simple sleek look
- Program Compatibility Wizard
- Able to run older versions of Windows in the same PC
- Upcoming Service Pack 3 release (powerful than Windows Vista SP1)

vista has tons of new features, but some of them are overkill.
As for which is better I have to go with XP.
As for a list of differences, I don't really know if there is one. Vista is quite different then xp. They may be brothers but they share makes and concepts only everything else was changes in the change from xp to vista

windows xp is still better. Windows vista is 40% slower. i have a laptop with vista and a puter with xp. i can see the difference.

Stay with XP. Vista is going bye-bye.
Google is replacement, coming sooner than you think.

Vista comes with fancy graphics and a **** load of problems! Vista also claims to have "better" security, a few extra insignificant features, and that is about it.
