What then?
The party begins.
(what have I got in my pockets?)
-----actually, it's a much better high to be overwhelmed with love.

Oh, do I have to have a preference? I adore being in love, but lost in it? I suppose being awake in it is more true. And as for thinking........I get best results when I'm not.
Like Phae, I admit I forget where I am most of the time. What day is it.... huh, where was I? It's really hard when you're always in the moment.
And we all want to know what's in Sunman's pockets.

Lost in thought...easier and MUCH more enjoyable for me.
When combined, they often lead to MSU (making stuff up)...if you think long enough about someone you love, it is too easy to start thinking things that aren't true. In love, communication is far more valuable than losing yourself in thoughts about the relationship!
Don't generally like the "lost in love" feeling...gets "old" fast for me and then I'm looking for a rational partnership...difficult to develop a partnership with someone that's lost!

I choose lost in thought. My thoughts belong ONLY to me unless it is I who choose to share them. While I can judge, dismiss, change, ridicule, expand or change my thoughts, they can not do likewise to me. Well.......maybe they can change me, perhaps they simply change my perspective. Wait, if my thought changes my perspective, then doesn't my perspective change me? Or am I only changed if I act upon the possiblity? Did you read my journal? That is where my thoughts are recorded. I thought my thoughts were personal. Are YOU invading my privacy? Where was I going with this? What was the point I set out to make? Did you ask a confusing question or is it the possibilties of answers that are becoming a maze?
Seriously, I think people get lost in passion, not love. Love opens the door for others to enter, it is our passion (of two)that shuts us off from the world.

Lost in thought for a Virgo like me is everyday. Lost in love is wonderful as long as it lasts anyway. The two can be one for awhile anyway.

Do they not boil down to the same thing?
As a side note, if you are "lost in love" you are probably in a very new relationship or infatuated with a person. If you are truly in love, you are not lost in it, but see all sides of the person and still love them.

Lost in thought, I know where I stand in love and don't even try to understand how I could love someone so much. Lost in thought is better, because I love to think about things, it's almost like puzzles are already in my mind and I have to figure them out.

I would say that being lost in love is easier, but it is more enjoyable, at least for me, to be lost in thought. Sometimes I just let my mind wander through itself and come out with brilliant ideas.

Lost in thought. I don't want to be LOST in love, but FOUND.
Yes, the two can be one. I can get lost in thought about the man I loved, who left me here alone two years ago [committed suicide].

Our true essence is to be pure love. However, that busy monkey mind of ours is always chattering away distracting us from the pure experience of love. If we can quiet that mind and give ourselves to love, of course, being lost in love is the most enjoyable.

I am often lost in thought. Lost in love is a rarity, but I find that it is much more dangerous. Lost in thought is so much safer.
