Three months more or less from the time of appointment until the granting of the visa. The appointment period is the delaying factor.

Tey should set up a exchange program for expedited immigration, if I wanted to become Canadian, and you wanted to become American, then we should be able to have equal trade... that would be too perfect though, My advice would be to remain a Canadian, things are looking bleak for Americans right now
