Do you have industry experience? If not, you'll have a hard time convincing anyone to go along with this arrangement. Plan on going to travel school and then working in an office and gaining some experience first. There are companies that will "accredit" independent home agents for a fee and provide support services. However, you are essentially an independent contractor and you have to generate your own sales leads in order to earn anything. If you do this, you may find it difficult to convince anyone to entrust their vacation to you without experience.

If you have experience, you can try to join a corporate agency as a remote agent. Since corporate agencies do most of their business by phone, some employ people who work from their homes. Some leisure agencies will also employ outside agents but you will have to share your commissions with the agency and generate your own sales leads.

Pick up the phone or stop in to some local agencies and see if they employ work-at-home corporate agents or outside sales agents.

You can't....Why would anyone come to you at your house if they didn't know you.
They will either go to a storefront agency or deal with a recognized online agency like "expedia"
