i have actually observed personally that Siamese cats are the hardest to litter train, i don't know why this is but i have had many cats including 5 Siamese cats and all took weeks to litter train. usually they will choose one spot in the house to do their business so put the tray there and slowly move it a bit everyday until it is where you want it.

I currently own a Siamese and he is annoyingly picky, he is also the most neediest cat I have ever owned and I have owned 8 cats since I was a kid. He is so needy he needs to be around my fiance or I all of the time. When people come over he needs to see who is here and he loves to be petted. Its hard to say whats completely normal with cats Siamese seems to be odd anyway. Just keep trying don't give up. You can always try the old school method and when the cat poops outside of the box pick it up and put it in the box and leave it there and then when you think it needs to go again put it in the box and make sure it smells its own fecal matter. Good Luck!

im sorry im just another answer but here i am.
Litter Tray
Your kitten has been used to open and plastic hooded litter trays and clay type litter. If you experience a breakdown in litter tray habits, try changing to a finer clumping type litter. It is a matter of trial and error sometimes. If your kitten should toilet in a corner of the room, clean the area thoroughly with biological washing powder dissolved in warm water (don’t use bleach) and place a dish of food on the area. They will seldom mess where food is placed. Lime or lemon peel are other useful deterrents.
If your kitten is receiving a balanced diet of good quality cat foods, these are not strictly necessary, however, if you are feeding home cooked foods to your kitten, they MUST be supplemented with a general vitamin / mineral supplement such as SA37 or Stress. Directions on amounts to be used will be on the containers.

I never had that problem. But some cats simply won't share trays, and it looks like your little Siamese is one of them.

Try getting her her very own tray.

Good luck!

siamese are finiky and often wont use a litterbox thats being used by another cat...they will also not usually use a dirty litterbox, we used to have a siamese that you had to scoop his box imediatly after he peed or pooped or he wouldnt use it again.
