Also how could you transfer the data from the table onto the graph?

MS Excel automatically (by default) adds numbers onto the x/y axis that you placed into your spreadsheet.

For example (col bar chart): If you made a random list of 10 numbers in Col A from 1-100 (no special order), Excel would automatically post a list of numbers on the y axis (on the side, separated by 20 units), and most likely the numbers 1-10 would appear across the x axis (bottom).

Even though this is a default, it is possible to make adjustments to the x/y axis. There are 2 ways to do this.
1. Select chart options/Axes tab/uncheck the axis you do not want showing.
2. Left click on either the Value Axis (y) or the Category Axis (x), then right click and choose Format Axis.

The way to transfer your data to a chart is to use the Source Data option and select your data range. You can select your data by either typing it in, or an easier way, left click on the first cell in the range, then drag to the last cell. This will highlight all the cells on your spreadsheet in your chosen range, then click OK and your chart bars will appear.

You can also email me if you need more assistance. Hope this helped :)
