I eat balanced, nutritious meals, too. I make sure to include plenty of fiber, protein, fats, etc. But I try to keep the cals to 1600.

I'm 5'10, and I'm 132 lbs, but my modeling agency wants me to lose about 10 lbs.

Normally, I maintain at 132 by eating at least 2000-2500 cals a day, but I know that's actually a lot, and that 1600 cals would be reasonable.

I eat frequently, but I feel like I'm DYING. I drink tons of water, moderately exercise, and YES, I'm dropping weight like CRAZY.

How do I stop being so hungry, even though my body doesn't need it?

Oops, 132 lbs was my starting weight.

Right now, I'm 125 lbs and it's only been a week.

Why don't you increase it to 1800? See if it works better.

Also, play around with how much fat vs. protein vs. carbs you're getting. It might be that you need more fat. 1 spoon of peanut butter = 1 apple in calories but can do wonders in terms of hunger prevention

If you just want to eat more, try eating more foods that have little calories. Like... broccoli, or spinach. Just make an insane amount of it (boil it in chicken broth and it is delicious), add some salt and pepper. It will definitely fill you up a lot. I only eat around 1300 calories a day, and I get filled to the brim.

Try adding dry roasted peanuts to your 1,600 calorie a day Diet. They're GREAT appetite killers, & they're good for you- too!
