I don't think thats true. Most drunk guys can't remember half the stuff they do when drunk.

No. Drunk people say all kinds of things. Alcohol isn't a truth serum, it simply lowers inhibitions. Some drunks will consciously lie, and some just talk smack and have no idea what they said when they sober up.
I never take a drunk person seriously...if you want to know how someone feels for real, wait until they tell you when they are sober.
