how do i get webbuy off my comptuer!?

Question

I've used spybot, and it finds it and when i select fix problems, after afew seconds it flashes to a blue screen with a bunch of text on it, and thenshuts down. it restarts and no problems have beenfixed, obviously. I've tried restarting in safemode, but my comptuer freezes on one of the screens with filenames all the way down the screen. I've tried deleted the keys, and the program itself, but it still continues to run. Any help before i resort to reformatting would be much appreciated!
