In good codndition I think you could get $150-$250 for it.
The chinese ones have lost a little value since the influx of eastern-european models.
Also it is a good idea to keep you serial number confidential.

i purchased a Yugo and replaced the stock with a poly folder this summer.
What DJ says is true, folding stocks are after market products here in the states.
my SKS was $119 and the stock was $50 (from Centerfiresystems), and a $40 scope from Sportsmans Guide.
7.62x39 and .223 will be our currency if a demonrat takes office in 2009.

Your Chinese SKS did not come from China with a pistol grip and folding stock, those are American added accessories.
Well used, but complete $225, Excellent, complete maybe $300.
