By "lost", I assume that you had a drive crash and lost the program.

Did you download it or purchase it on a CD? If you've got the CD, just re-install it and download the latest signature updates from the manufacturer's website. It shouldn't be difficult. If you lost the CD, then you're pretty much out of luck. Get your credit card out and buy a new copy.

If you downloaded it, the manufacturer should have a record of your purchase. Contact them and explain the problem. They may have a way to let you download it again.

Once you're done, backup your drive regularly so that you don't lose anything important if you have future problems.

The provider of the service probably has a download site where you can restore the software, and obtain your licensure again. Wait, you DID buy this software, and you still have the software disk, correct ?
