You seem do be doing this in an unusual way but I will try and help:
+ Sacraments +
There are seven sacraments in the Catholic Church:
The Sacraments of Christian Initiation
+ Baptism: http://www.nccbuscc.org/catechism/text/pt2sect2.htm#art1
+ Confirmation: http://www.nccbuscc.org/catechism/text/pt2sect2chpt1art2.htm
+ Eucharist: http://www.nccbuscc.org/catechism/text/pt2sect2chpt1art3.htm
The Sacraments of Healing
+ Reconciliation: http://www.nccbuscc.org/catechism/text/pt2sect2chpt2.htm#art4
+ Anointing of the Sick: http://www.nccbuscc.org/catechism/text/pt2sect2chpt2art5.htm
The Sacraments at the Service of Communion
+ Holy Orders: http://www.nccbuscc.org/catechism/text/pt2sect2chpt3.htm#art6
+ Matrimony: http://www.nccbuscc.org/catechism/text/pt2sect2chpt3art7.htm
+ Prayer +
Prayer is the elevation of the mind and heart to God:
+ In praise of his glory
+ In petition for some desired good
+ In thanksgiving for a good received
+ In intercession for others before God
Through prayer the Christian experiences a communion with God through Christ in the Church.
"For me, prayer is a surge of the heart; it is a simple look turned toward heaven, it is a cry of recognition and of love, embracing both trial and joy." (St. Thérèse of Lisieux)
"Prayer is the raising of one's mind and heart to God or the requesting of good things from God." (St. John Damascene)
But when we pray, do we speak from the height of our pride and will, or "out of the depths" of a humble and contrite heart? (Psalm 130:1)
He who humbles himself will be exalted; humility is the foundation of prayer. Only when we humbly acknowledge that "we do not know how to pray as we ought," are we ready to receive freely the gift of prayer.
For more information, see the Catechism of the Catholic Church, part four: http://www.usccb.org/catechism/text/pt4sect1.htm

+ With love in Christ.

the most important are the apostles creed, Our Father, and Hail Mary. to pray the rosary is apostles creed on the cross each space in between the single beads are our father and the each one of the 10 beads is a hail mary, the chain in between is a Glory prayer, to confess your sins you ask say a prayer to the priest, look it up on the Internet. and the sacraments are, baptism, confirmation, communion, reconciliation, marriage, holy orders and last rights.

Sounds like you need RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) to learn the Catholic faith. Speak with a priest.

Most Catholics only know the "Our Father" and "Hail Mary", so you'll probably be fine (you might want to learn the "Apostles Creed" though). Most Catholics can only name like 2 or 3 sacraments so don't sweat.

There are a lot of Catholic sites on the web, but you should be learning this through RCIA. Go see your priest.
