You also need to make it different and interesting. If you are doing the same thing every day, it will get boring and you will be more likely to quit. Also have a goal you are working towards.
For me that was a 10k. Also, I run one day, weight lift the next and keep switching off.
It is the first thing I do in the morning. If I allow myself to get sucked into anything else, exercising goes by the wayside.....

i do taebo with my best friend for an hour 4-5 times a week and every time i do it i feel so good and proud of myself that i am exercising
today i didnt do taebo and i felt lazy and fat
when i work out i get a great rush and a proud feeling
start slowly, get a friend and start a workout routine with them
