10 minutes a day? Pretty much nothing. And what is healthy? If someone wants to lose weight, one should do cardio for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Preferably an hour. Also, the best way to eat is eating in moderation, smaller portions more often. Intake more protein and foods high in fiber.

THAT depends on how overweight you are. The MORE overweight you are, the MORE you should lose (providing you don't eat too much- in the first place). However, running just 10 minutes a day- isn't going to "cut it." You need to run at LEAST an hour a day- for it to do any good... Good luck! :)
