Incarnation, which literally means embodied in flesh, refers to the conception, and live birth of a sentient creature (generally human being) who is the material manifestation of an entity or force whose original nature is immaterial.
While Christianity, Hinduism, and Buddhism are perhaps the most widely-known traditions to employ this concept within the context of their respective belief systems, they are by no means the only ones to do so.

"Incarnation is the assumption of human nature, including human body, human soul and will, and all human characteristics except sin, by God the Son. Thus, there was united in one Person two natures, the divine and human." Jesus of Nazareth became God's Word, God's Being, incarnate (in flesh). "And the Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us."(John 1:14 / New American Bible)

That is a tremendous question. Most "Jews" say it can't be done. (and it is their language that it is written in-- Hebrew) My best shot is that there are two mighty ones, who are very identical, like clones. They say "Father" and "Son" , but Hey there is no "Mother". Anyway, they are both Spirit. That means they are not encumbered with flesh (whatever else it means) Many folks have gotten confused because of the "Holy Spirit" but it is sometimes referred to as YHVH's spirit, and sometimes YAHOSHUA's spirit, and a couple times as THEIR spirit, so it does not seem that there is a THIRD being. Anyway, the Spirit of YAHOSHUA come upon Mary, and 9 months later was born as the Savior. Threfore, for at least that nest thirty odd years His Spirit was confined to that particular flesh. (That is about the best I can do, on short notice, and with a time limit)

The word incarnation means - Spirit taking on flesh. God in the form of Jesus took form in the embryo in Mary's womb and therefore became God in flesh. In theology this is referred to as the Hypo-static union as Jesus was fully God and fully Man.
