...it's really late for him to be out. He takes the public transportation back home and my mom's been waiting for hours at a station just waiting to pick him up. He should've came home at around 7 PM which is the latest he's ever come home. He's not answering his cellphone and he's not answering my texts. What should I do?

just be patient and wait a little longer, if by maybe midnight he's not home yet, then u can start takin action. i hope everyting goes well.

Call where he was supposed to leave from and ask if he left on time if that is possible. Can you call station he was to leave from and have him paged, maybe someone stole his cellphone and money and he can't call or pay to get home. May try to go back where he was?

check with the agency responsible for that public transportation--bus or train line, to see if there was any mechanical problem or other incidents that might account for him not being home yet. It is way too early to panic and you cant report someone missing until they are unaccounted for at least 24 hours.

Well I hope everythings ok. Maybe he met up with some friends and just flaked out on coming home. Try nt to worry and just give it a little more time. Maybe start calling some of his friends just to see if they know where he is.

Have you tried calling work-or wherever e is coming home from? Maybe a frind? It is quite possible that his cell phone died...I hope everything is ok, I'm sure it is, but your concern is reasonable, I'd feel the same way if it was one of my brothers

The only thing you can do is check with the police or the hospitals. Other than that all you can do is wait. I hope everything is ok.
