He also is not shy at all & he has unlimited minutes. I dont understand..he just bought me a ring (just a ring not engagement) & we've been together for awhile.
100% of the communication is texting!! HELP!! whats his problem?! (there's no sign of cheating, he hasn't cheated with any1 b4)

maybe he's just nervous to talk to you on the phone for some weird reason. You call him to get him relaxed then he'll call you more.

either his parents took it or he lost it(but he'd likely find a way to contact you if so) but it sounds more like he doesn't want to talk to you right now. So just back off and wait until he contacts you. Guys hate it when girls keep bothering them(they call is harassing and nagging) so just I think he get sthe message if he even has his phone so leave it as it is right now and chill . If he cares he'll contact you let him make the initiative

Some people consciously know they say things better through written language. In fact, words in written language has an advantage: they were thought of more carefully before put in print. In many instances, they are even more emotional

Talk to him about it. Tell him you want to feel his voice sometimes, and not just text all the time.
