My really close friend has a big problem. Everyday she's really sad and cries because of this. Her mom and dad are divorced. Her brother is always hitting her, he is about 10. Every time he does something mean or bad, he gets her in trouble and her mom yells at her and punishes her. She never listens to her and there is nothing she can do. I've tried to tell her what to do but nothing works. I even sent her mom an e-mail. Help :'(

My friend is 13. I think she needs some good advice, not to report her mom or anything. Please if you can, give the best advice you think will help. She needs whatever she can get.

See a counselor at her school and see if she can file child abuse charges on her mother against her. No one should have to live like that. Good luck.

i heard that if a parent allows a child to hit another child it is as if the parent is abusing that child their own self if she gets a bruise or contusion,or other mark give her a week to report it and if she won't then you should visit the police office, call them or the welfare,before it is too late.God bless you both
