Poor eyesight with no refractive Rx? That's not good news, or do you just mean you don't *want* glasses?

Poor eyesight but not needing an Rx comes with a wide range of conditions, many of them, I'm afraid, not treatable.
Dry macular degeration and optic atrophy, for examples.
Cataract can fall into this category and is treatable, but requires surgery, and the only cure for a range of corneal opacity causing conditions is a corneal transplant, should they become sufficierntly severe.

So it really does depend on why your eyesight is poor.

Reading glasses you can buy at Walgreen's. And if you don't have good eyesight, them you should defiantly go to an eye doctor. Most of the time it is nearsightedness/far sightedness.

try wearing contacts- they are easy to put in, are very effective, and won't change your look at all!
