It might help if you put examples of such pictures of yourself on your 360 site for us to check out. You know, to give an informed opinion and all ;-)
Seriously, why are you not sueing your husband and trying to get an injunction against him doing so. Unless you signed papers giving him the rights to those photos, he has no right to distribute those images of you.

It would be considered "off duty employment".
To engage in off duty employment, the military member must have permission from their commander. They must disclose the type of work they will be doing.
If the commander gives permission then there is no reason for the member to be in trouble.
However, I doubt that a commander would give permission. If the member decided to pose any way then they would be in violation for failure to obey.
And yes the situation has happened and yes the military member was charged.
By the way, on a personal note, the person above me need to shut up. Stop talking about subjects you obviously know absolutely nothing about.... cough cough.... KMA cough ... cough.
Edit: First, the ADC does not prosecute it is for legal defense only. Second, if his commander told him to take the pictures down and he has not, then he can be charged.
Unfortunately, even if he takes the pictures down, nothing is ever erased from the internet.
You also have to assume that his defense lawyer will say that he had your permission at the time to post them and it becomes his word against yours.
Historically, the military does not get into the middle of domestic cases. They leave it to the civil courts. We have better things to do than listen to your squabbles.

Your the two punished and rewarded on your protection tension carrier. I cant count quantity what number women folk blew me off whilst they found out i grew to become right into a former Marine. additionally some private agencies seem as though they discriminate againts the protection tension. For the main section inspite of the undeniable fact that each physique is advantageous. additionally the failings that reason you to be discriminated againts additionally reason you to be rewarded. I even have additionally chanced on many woman that have been appreciative of the protection tension. additionally as quickly as I have been given a advertising after being being on the job for some weeks whilst there have been persons that were there for years. i grew to become into extremely shocked, yet in a while i found out that my boss had 2 youngsters interior the protection tension and my bosses boss grew to become right into a retired Marine of 25 years. Im distinctly confident those issues had some thing to do with my speedy progression. As for police treating protection tension badly im distinctly confident that has to handle some guy announcing he's a veteran in an attempt to get out of a cost tag.

Remember this happened in an National Guard unit in Kentucky or Tennessee. The women had a hearing and were found innocent of all charges because they were not ON active duty at the time. The Staff Sergeant in the Air Force was brought up on charges. A beautiful and well formed woman she is but being in the military and being on active duty and in the position of influencing recruits put a bad image on her. Uncle SAM pays you for 24/7and they expect you to present a positive image. In my eyes that was a lot of positive images of her and yes, I loved them and that's the problem. Being a man I would have my mind more on her being naked with me than my job and that's not good. Familiarity at its best and worst.

Patrick G pretty much said it all. I would see about sueing in a civil court about the pictures though. At least talk to a lawyer, most will give a free consult.

This still is very much a mans world. Women need to wise up I don't care how much women libbers try to make things equal they never will be. Pay attention. Women will never make as much, women will always have to fight harder for a higher position, and men will never be punished for certain things the same as a woman will be. I mean lets face it mans world. Most men when they do something immoral is looked at as a stud we are looked at as a ho. The military probably still sees it as you let someone take pictures of you nude. Although I agree with you a panel of men are going to say ur foul u let him take them. And they will high five him later cause they got to cop a peek. Not right but it's what it is.

Yes she could get in trouble legally, which in the military means she'll be charged under the UCMJ. Which will affect her military career adversely. Regardless if she's wearing any piece of uniform, no pun intended.

If an officer were to do it, they could kiss their military career goodbye. Conduct unbecoming of an officer, you know.
If an enlisted person were to do it, it would be up to the individual's commanding officer.
