Actually, the Book of Enoch was very popular with first century Christians. And that line in Revelaton refers to the Book of Revelation, not the whole Bible. Remember the Bible was not assembled until about 300 AD.

And the Book of Judas would have been about as popular as a book by Benedict Arnold today.

Most of the Apocrypha was simply written too late to be acceptable. They wanted only firsthand accounts that made sense. As to the Gospel of Thomas, it is not a narrative. It's just a collection of sayings.

The book of Revelation cannot declare that no other books can be added to or taken from the bible. Bible literally means collection. The collection did not exist at the time the book of Revelation was written.

Revelation was talking about Revelation. The Bible did not exist when it was written. Does it bother you that The Gospel of Thomas was written a century before The Revelation of St. John?

The way I see it, the Apocrypha are no more or less valid than the books which were included in the Bible. The Council of Nicea simply chose from the available Christian writings at the time. It is simply by chance that the Apocrypha were not included. So I have no problem with them.

Some books of the Apocrypha are actually included in the Ethiopian Bible.
