I know that using steriods causes testosterone levels to fall or something like that. I was wondering, does over-the-counter creatine or whey protein cause the same thing to happen? I hope not.

not at all. steroids cause the body to stop producing test because of the negative feed-back response from the hypothamulus-pitiutary-testicular axis (HPTA). when the body detects an "external" supply of certain hormones it halts it's own production of test. the human body likes to conserve energy and not waste nutrients.

neither whey protein (which is derived from dairy) or creatine effect the HPTA
