i want a bigger but and to actually have one!! i want to do an excersie that is easy and world wokr fast...please dont give me just a guess because i will end up doing it everyday for like a year hoping for a result....dont put me through that:(

you need to perform explosive movements like jumping/bounding (plyometrics) and sprinting. look at the glutes of female athletes like tennis players, sprinters, volley ball players, etc. the only way to develop the muscles in the glutes is to use them extensively.
