I'm 5'3" and weigh about 110 lbs at most. (I've never weighed heavier than that.) I don't excercise and I don't even like walking anywhere but I eat A LOT. I'm petite now but I'm afraid that it will catch up to me when I'm older. How can I prevent that? I don't want to eat less or work out.

This is how much I eat on an average day...
breakfast - two english muffins, some cereal, tots and a smoothie.
lunch - two sandwiches, pasta salad, fries, junk food (pretzels, chips, chocolate)
snack - two doublecheeseburgers at mcdonalds or burgers from in n out
dinner - pasta, lots of bread, rice and any carb that I can get a hold of! cookies and cakes for dessert.
snack before I sleep - another set of burgers and milkshakes

is that a lot!?

I'm sorry if you were serious.

If you are seriously eating like that, then you MUST stop. I did not see ANYTHING on there that was even close to being healthy.

I can just about guarantee you that obesity, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and diabetes are in your near future; you must take action now...

Of course that is a lot. If you want to be healthy in your later years, you must begin now. Start eating healthy foods and stop with the high-fat, high-carbohydrates, and sweets. Eating all of those burgers and breads are bad for you. When you consume carbohydrates and don't burn them off, it turns to sugar. If you don't burn off those sugars, it turns to fat. If you continue to eat unhealthy foods, it may not show now, but it will show in the future.

Yes this is a lot. You need to control what you eat before it's too late. Try exercising as well. Your metabolism will decrease as you age, so being active is very imperative.

a low calorie diet comprised mainly of whole foods.

rest assured a lifetime of inactivity will catch up to you. human beings are animals and no animal is designed to live a sedentary lifestyle. being light on the scale has nothing to do with the health status.
