Asalam Alaikum
Eid Mubarak to you. May you have a blessed Eid.
Eid Al Adha is the supposed same everywhere, its not like Eid Al Fitr. Eid Al Fitr is on the first day of Shawall after Ramadan were as Eid Al Adha is the 10th day of Dul Al Hija. So once the first day is announced in Saudi of Dul Al Hija, Eid Al Adha is the same all over the world 10 days later.
Annual Haj, will fall on December 19, Saudi Arabia's Supreme Judicial Council announced on Monday.
According to a statement issued by the council, on Monday, December 10 was the first day of Dhu Al Hijja, and hence December 18 (Tuesday) will be Arafat Waqfa Day, and December 19 (Wednesday) will be the first day of Eid Al Adha.
The council, in a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency, said it had established that Monday marked the start of the month of Dhu Al Hijja of the lunar calendar.

and what precisely activates a Hanbali to stick to Makkah? is it a longtime opinion in the madhab that one ought to stick to makkah while commencing and ending ramadan? i hit upon that no longer basic to have self belief.
