It would be mostly water and very little fat. You would also be very prone to pick up a cold or something. That's not how to lose weight.

That all depends on your activity level. Weight gain is basically a "calorie-in, calorie-out" calculation. One pound is equal to 3500 calories, so if you exercise more, you will burn more calories and lose more weight. If you don't exercise as much, you will not burn as many calories and not lose as much weight.

If you were not active and ate only the amount of calories that you need to keep yourself going, and nothing more, you will not gain or lose any weight. If you do that and add exercise to the mix, you will lose weight... "calories in, calories out."

That is the basic answer to your question, but I hope you aren't seriously thinking about not eating for a whole week. That is not a healthy way to lose weight. A healthy way to lose weight is to cut your diet back SLIGHTLY and increase your exercise. That will be the safest way to lose the weight and to keep it off. Good luck!

Depends on how much you normally eat and if you keep up your normal pace/routine. Say you take in 2000 calories/day, that's 14,000 per week. At 3,500 calories per pound, 4.6 pounds.

Don't know if you'd have the energy to keep up your normal routine with that though.

2 or 3. but the minute you start eating again you will gain 3-4 back immediately because your body will think you are starving and it will reserve calories as a precaution.

you would lose close to 2-3% of the total bodyweight as the body would deplete all available stores of glycogen in the body for use as energy. glycogen is glucose (blood sugar) that is converted and stored in the liver and in skeletal muscle.

It would be totally unhealthy.
But... it would all depend on your metabolism and how heavy you are already and a number of other factors so I wouldn't be able to say.
