Yes you can. Texas is one of the few States that allows a minor to drink if with a parent or adult spouse.

§ 106.04. CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL BY A MINOR.
(a) A minor commits an offense if he consumes an alcoholic beverage.
(b) It is an affirmative defense to prosecution under this section that the alcoholic beverage was consumed in the visible presence of the minor's adult parent, guardian, or spouse.

in Texas if he's 21 and buying you can

Texas
- No one under the age of 21 is allowed to purchase, posses, or consume alcohol. Possession and consumption of alcohol is legal for minors if under the supervision of a parent, guardian or spouse. Anyone under the age of 21 can not drive a motor vehicle with any traceable amounts of alcohol in the blood stream. I couldn't find the legal BAC limit for 21 year olds and older.

No, the 21 drinking age is a Federal law that applies to all states.

See The National Minimum Drinking Age Act of 1984. Before this law in 1984 the states could allow persons under 21 to drink, but not anymore.

But you're not... Being married to someone who is of an age to do something doesn't make it legal for you..only for him.
