* In jelly, the fruit comes in the form of fruit juice.
* In jam, the fruit comes in the form of fruit pulp or crushed fruit (and is less stiff than jelly as a result).
* In preserves, the fruit comes in the form of chunks in a syrup or a jam.
I were you I'd check out the Middle Eastern stores in your area cause you never know what they might import; from what I can tell Pomegranate Jam is manufactured in the Middle East. Also I left a link. The benefits are excellent.

I think jelly doesn't have seeds and jam does. But I'm not sure. And I don't know what the difference between those and preserves are. I got organic pomegranate jelly from whole foods by a brand called Crofter's. You can probably get pomegranate jam at whole foods and probably any market that has a wide selection of jellies, jams, and preserves.

jelly is made from the juices, jam is made with a puree, preserves are made from a combination off them with chunks of the fruit added to it. I haven't seen any pomegranate jam in a grocery store you might try a specialty store or farmer's market.

jelly has had the fruit filtered out making it "clear", jam has fruit still in it and I am unsure about preserve. Make your own--1 pound sugar per pound fruit brought to a slow boil. Then can.

Jelly is filtered so there are no fruit solids in it. Jam is not filtered so has fruit solids in it. Preserves I think is a general term for bottled fruit or jam. Marmalade a preserve with citrus rind in it.

Jelly is usually clear fruit juice & pectin which is hard set.
Jam is usually high in sugar & fruit fibre & softer set.
Preserve is usually higher in fruit, less sugar, & much softer.
But these lines are sometimes blurred.
Pomegranates don't have enough fibre to become jam.
