Sure, a person's free will, time, guardian angels, earthbound spirits, quantum physics and mechanics...things of that nature. Although God/dess could control these things, sometimes He/She relinquishes control for His/Her own reasons.

Within the boundries of God's sovereign choosing, man controls his destiny by the choices that he makes. It's sounds complicated and is,as we are limited in the choices that we are able to make. As I stated,God is sovereign and retains the right to intervene or withdraw at will...The basis and reasoning for many of His choices are not revealed. His nature however assures me that he is neither arbitrary or capricious in his dealings with His creation...God is a fair guy and will not or rather can not violate His character...
...I may have overstepped the question a bit,but you get the idea.

I think it's possible. I don't think God or Destiny or any such force negates personal responsibility for our own actions, however, so I don't lose too much sleep over it. At the end of the day, I have to answer for what I did with what I've been given.
Peace to you.

There is God, who controls all things, but has allowed satan to be prince of the air. Satan is a wolf in sheeps clothing-- and is the father of all lies as John 8 explains. You are either for God, or for the devil- if you are against God you are with the devil. May sound obsurd to you- but that is exactly how it is- see John 8.
That is why there is nothing more important than your eternal salvation in Christ Jesus-- since sin entered the world, we all need His forgiveness, we all need to be born again in Him-- given a new life, and we all need to get rid of sin!
(one day satan and his demons will be cast into the lake of fire, they will be destroyed and God will have the victory!-- even satan knows this, and yet is doing his best to win as many souls as possible, to get as many away from the truth as possible- dont' be fooled!)

There are lots of other outside forces, as others have mentioned. However, since God created all of those other forces, then it all goes back to Him.

Well without involving God in my answer, I'd say that humans/individuals probably have the most impact on what happens in their life. Not an "outside force".

The spiritual world is full of other forces, but none with the authority of God. Demons and angels, Satan, all exist and are active. They have some supernatural power, but God alone is all powerful. That's why we can be safe with Him, and with Him alone.

Man has free will. God also listens to man's prayers to change the way He carries out His plan. For example, He listened to Moses' plea not to destroy the Israelites after they built and worshiped the golden calf idol.
