Ex wife? Were they divorced at the time and was she on base at the time she was arrested???
The only time that he will be held responsible for the action of anyone else is if they are on base. So my guess is no, no grounds for discharge.

He cant get discharged but she can if she is in the military.
The only time he would get in trouble is if she was on base when she got arrested.
And if he was already divorced from her than a definately no...he cannot get in trouble in any way.

If they had kids, and she had custody, and now he does, then he can probably go to the Red Cross and file for a hardship discharge.

if she was on base he could get in some trouble because the military member is responsible for his dependants actions. if they were just bf/gf then no unless he was involved somehow. but i think giving him the boot sounds harsh.

#1 That question is really vague and #2 why would your husband be punished for something his EX-wife did???? if that is even your question.

Nope, the ex part keeps it from happening. He has nothing to do with her any more and vise versa.
