Your weight should be consistent with your height. There are ways to figure out if you are too skinny, just right, or overweight, like visiting the doctor and getting a physical. Also keep in mind your eating habits, your biological background, and your athleticness. In terms of weight, muscle weighs more than fat. Meaning, if you work out you may not lose weight because you're gaining more muscle.
In all truth and honesty, though, I know a man likes a woman with a little meat in them. I am literally disgusted with celebrities today. Many of them look emaciated and gaunt -- no wear near "sexy." -- check out Keira Knightly or Amy Winehouse. They look like they've been a contestant in "Survivor" for months!!
And then you look at a healthy person and I bet you they have a figure: think Salma Heyak, Beyonce, whatever. They aren't size 4's but they fit into their body.
Size 4 is NOT big. I'm a size 4 and 5'4 and some people actually say I need to eat more, even though I eat like a horse.

I think you know the answer to this question.
When you shop, you can see all of the sizes that are available. For teens and adults, they run from 0 (extremely tiny) to 18 (full figured), on the even numbers only. If you're a 4, then you're only two sizes away from the smallest possible size, and are 6 sizes away from the largest size.
4 is not big. 2 is ridiculously small.

Not at all. 4 is very thin. You should be happy with that. Don't get a bad body image because the label in your friends pants says 2. Love yourself.
