Is 2 OZ of pasta really the same thing as 1/4 of a cup? becuase if it is that means that only around 7 pieces of pasta is 200 calories, that isn't a lot. So is this really true that 2 OZ of pasta = 1/4 cup?

the cooked volume of different pastas will vary, go by the dry weight (uncooked).
