this guy has been telling all his guy friends i like him---which isn't true---i keep getting pissed over it and whenever i catch his glance i sent really angry pissed out gazes. I tried ignoring him...even avoiding his gaze and acting completely oblivious when he tries to get my attention --but he won't stop paying attention --sometimes teasing me indirectly---even worse he seems scared to look at me --sometimes--looks down /won't look up--blinks alot------obviously i'm acting strange around him bcuz he's pissing me off and getting on my nerves with his remarks/ but how the hell do i make him know i don't like him????? i can't just go up confront him--awkward & random--since we haven't spoke a word in 4 yrs--used to be great friends until my other friend joked i had a crush on him---not long after he hurt our friendship by tellin others he's leading me on....for entertainment....i'm pissed and still pissed..but he takes my reactions/weird behaviour as in-- i like him alot! Listen to me...
The opposite of love is NOT hate...it's indifference. You are going overboard in acting like you can't stand this guy to prove you don' t like him...not only are you wasting ALOT of time and energy on someone you supposedly don't like, but you are making everyone around you (including him) think you are doing all of this because you really DO like him.
If you are being honest and truly don't have feelings for him (which honestly...i'm not believing..but ok.) Then who the HELL cares what he thinks?? Do you know how I act around a guy I don't have feelings for?? Pleasant..but pretty much could care less beyond that. Being rude doesn't do anything but make you look immature. If he says something to you, respond back short and to the point. If he doesn't say anything to you, great. Move on with your life.
Remember...indifference.

this might be mean but i think you should wait until he's around you and in hearing distance. Then while your talking to your friends slowly making the conversation go in the direction of him and once he hears his name in the convo he'll be listening. Next, tell your friends how much of a looser he is and if you can be around his friends when you tell your friends this so everyone gets the hint. Laugh about it and be vicious the only way to get him to back off is to hurt him.
