Okay for the last day I have had the sore throat for the last few days and everytime I go to exercrise my lower stomach hurts.It is a little under my belly and tomorrow I have to do crunches in gym but how can i ease the pain.

sound like you have pulled some muscular ten -dents. you need
to take a break before you really hurt yourself.

I'd bring a note from home saying: no crunches! Give it a day or two and if the throat isn't better or the stomach isn't better, see the dr.

You might have some acid indestion and a couple of rolaids
helps more than you think try it.Hope your feeling better soon.
