I just started dating my girlfriend last week. I love her so much. My parents dont like her though. They do not think homosexuality is right. I dont know what to do. They are trying to take me out of school, and send me so far away. I dont know what to do. Everytime i try to talk to them, we always end up fighting.

So, you are a girl who likes girl, a lesbian.

1) What is their religion?
Personally I find that let the gay, lesbian, have what they want in order to be happy.
2) School ?What grade are you in , how old are you? Why do they want to take you out from school? Did you get in trouble in school? Bad Marks?
3) Your parents probably do not want any controversy. You should realize that for them, imagne at a family party people always see your "girlfriend", and ask who that is, and when you say its your girlfriend,
it will be considered a DISGRACE to your parents perhaps.
4) Kids help phone 1800 668 6868 from a private phone line/pay phone, could help too..
5) Counselling could be useful too.
6) if they send you away, you may consider foster care and/or getting a job..

unfortunately some people are still very uncomfortable about homosexuality and perhaps even ignorant towards it, this is a shame in this day and age, homosexuality is right to those people who are attracted to the same sex if there happy why the hell not.

If talking with them leads to arguments perhaps try writing your thoughts in a letter this can be read at a quiet time and perhaps they will think more about it than they would in a heated argument, people tend not to listen when there angry/upset.

You cant change who you are or which sex you are attracted to and nor should you, i think your parents are trying to do whats best for you but are just not seeing that this girl is very important to you i hope in time they will come round to the idea.

I have a lot of respect for someone who is clearly so open about their sexuality especially with such ignorant people in the world that takes guts to do.

i only came out a year ago, i just pointed out to my mother that if she loved me, she would want my happiness, and be happy for me.
reason with them that sending you away, won't send away your urges and 'fix' you. you won't lose your sexual preference, but they may lose their daughter
and if homosexuality isn't right why does it exist?
