Treat the scratches with disinfectant creme, it will keep it moist, reducing the risk of scars. Don't pick at it, the more times its opened, the more chance of scars. Keep nails short and filed so they don't cause the damage. Don't scratch yourself with your nails, rather rub with the finger tips.

You Probly Wont Get Scars From Just Nail Scratches. But If You Have REALLY REALLY Sensitive Skin Then Just Keep Your Skin Moisturized And You Should Be Good.

dont scratch so hard so you dont get scarring or dont scratch with your nails use like ur nuckel instead!

use neosporin and do not pick at the scab. The scab is what helps the wound heal and prevent scarring. And if scarring still occurs mederma skin cream it's expensive but it works wonders.

mederma is good for scars. also try putting vitamin e on the scar/scratch.
