Like mabye the fat that cant lap over the waist is held up by a 6 pack or something?

It is possible that you do have a six-pack, but you will not be able to see them until some of the rolls go away. It is important to work out and eat right, so that, you may keep losing weight.

The muscles are there, just not visible. At my current weight of 620 I lost the visibility of my six pack at about 260, a long time ago.

yes all the muscles are there. the extra fat just prevents them from being seen.
