blueray disks 2 make every thing beautiful, much more memory so they cud put more into games such as better game play , more features etc. and basically de greatest consol 2 ever be invented EVER!!!!!! now...can any1 c a difference between dat and ps2 apart from wireless controllers??? ps i was stupid enough 2 buy 60 gb wen it 1st came out if yur wonderin bout de name

There are actually 3 different systems.... the 40, 60 and 80GB's..... They all can read flash drives, and I'm not sure what SACD is..... But the 40 is the most common, because it has all the features of the 80 just smaller price and GB of course.... But the 60 is the only one that is PS2 game compatible and is also the hardest to find.... although, you can go online from the PS3 store and download some of the PS2 games for the PS3 40 or 80 GB's..... Well if you buy a hdmi 1.3a cable and hook the ps3 up to an hdtv, then play a ps3 game you will see a huge difference between the ps2 and ps3and if you don't then you seriously need a stronger prescription for your glasses. . The ps3 even upscales ps 2 games to hd. So GET A HDTV.

I run my PS3 on SDTV (a good one, super flat, 100hz) + 5.1 Microlab wooden sound system with kevlar speakers. I know, that HDTV is better, but, wow, the difference between PS2 and PS3 is like a difference between PS1 and PS2. PS2 is like an old BMW (oldie, but goodie), PS3 is like Merkava-4 tank (qualified personnel only).

uhm.... have you bought a HDMI cable or component cables? have you changed the display settings and put it on 1080p or 1080i or 720p? if not please do so.... i guarantee you will notice a significant difference....

I HATE ps3 cos my husband and 15yr old son are addicted to the game Resistance fall of man. They play on line all the time.
Personally I would ban the whole thing - sorry!!!

My boyfriend has the 60gb one too, he doesn't see much difference either.
