My next door naighbors are deaf; the mom and dad. I heard that the older sister tourtures the little brother. She was once SEVERLY hitting him and he was screaming and crying for his mom and dand but they couldnt hear him. And another time she locked him out of the house at 2:00 in the morning! And he was crying and scrwaming bloody murder and my mom witnessed this. He was locked out of the house once when he was in his underwear but it was in bright daylight. I hear screaming at night when I am trying to sleep. I am young and I can not really do anything (that I know of) so I want my mom to do something. Or I want to et over this fear of him getting severly hurt! I am scared!!
How can I get over this fear? Or what can me or my mom do? But I want to know how I can get over my fear!?

I think your mom should report it to the cops and child welfare so they can take care of it. or have your mom write the parents of this child a note so they know what is going on with there son. For yourself just make sure your mom does something and the fear will be over. Good luck i think its great that you want to help. Happy holidays

tell Ur mom to get involved .. she may not want tooo..
but needs toooo
this is terrible..
call the police or welfare or go tell Ur school counselors .. that is it really upsetting to u.. and tell them where they live..
u mom can call and be anonymous..

poooor kid ommmmmmg welll u could ask someone reely inteligant likke a teacherr say wat he or sher would do imm soryy im not reely goood and scary stuff like this. i dont thik u can get over untill u noee for sure hes guna b ok butt its ok ull find a wayy i suppose i scared toooo alredyy talk to ur momm andd family relatives ps i hosed i helped and stay strong :]

Have your mom call 911 the next time you hear or see somthing happening that is abuse. Abuse is not someting to take lightly!
