I looked it up and it says something about an EVAP leak, what is the most likely source of the problem?

Call a mustang dealer and they'll be able to answer your question.

Good luck.

Not all vehicles will have the P0457 and P1443 tests or the Check Fuel Cap light implemented. These
vehicles will continue to generate only a P0455. After the customer properly secures the fuel cap, the P0457,
Check Fuel Cap and/or MIL will be cleared as soon as normal purging vacuum exceeds the P0457 vacuum level
stored in KAM.

Gross Vaccum leak....

basically system tried to pull a vacuum and hold it... It didn't hold the vacuum and failed the test.

Most likely suspects... gas caps (especially if it isn't a Ford OEM part) and a part called the canister vent valve (valve that makes it hold the vacuum)

Believe it or not, the most likely cause is a loose or leaking gas cap.
