The Gospel of the Nazirenes is the original New Testament. The original followers of Jesus (The Essenes) had to go into hiding, bieng they where being killed by the Roman Government becaue they where following Jesus. They took the original New testament with them into a Bhdhist Temple where it was found and is now available with historical documentation of its authenticity. All you have to do is read it and see that maks all sense. More than the Bilbe of today, whch there ar now thousands of sects who speculate on what the meaning of it is. The fact is in 324 AD King Cosntantine with his click of scribes changed the Bible to control the citizens. I am so glad I know what Jesus originally said. You can too. For info google gospelofthenazirenes.com Following Jesuses original teachings will set you free.

Jesus was a Jew and these Jews followed Jesus. If you only rely on your Bible to answer this you will be lost. Read this then make your judgement. If you are intelligent enough to discern truth when you see it.

Well mommar. The main thing it is Jesuses words. Constantine added all other documents. Such as Paul who never even met Jesus. Paul was a false prophet. He is the one who proclaimed SLavery. Totally against the humble Jesus. no doubt.

Well barbie. NO one said about the Apostles. We are speaking about followers of Jesus at the time of Jesus. Who took the teachings. It was easy to change things back then becaues only the higher ups in the Church and Government had coppies. and women couldn't read. So simple to make a whole new book add all they wanted and omit and misconstru. Other wise why so many sects,if it where all cristal clear what the Truth is. The Truth is in the Original Words of Jesus which Constantine changed considerably and took out much of his life.

Jeancor. NOt sorry dear. No if you read one can clearly see the pure teachings of Juseu. But I see you also fear truth. Oh well The sincere seekers of it will find it. IT is always available since the creation but some will constantly fear it. Truth can ruin lives being one will have to give up all of their false conceptions, admit they are a fool and then face family and friends with it who will all abandon them for following it. That is what the original followers of Jesus had to go through to get Truths. No one is willing to go to that extent now. So I understand your plea.

St bonifice. It is kinda hard to put the whole history on this little site. NO doubt I know the history better than anyone who has answered this question. Just look on the site I posted and all history is written. Don't take my word for it. DOn't you want to know? This went throught 80 councils way past the reign of Constantine. But he innitiated it. They used cocuments of all kinds from the past including Pauls teachings, which are rejected by the Essenes.

I understan Katherin that it would be very difficult to accept something other than what you know asTruth. But the fact is you havn't read it. Just as mainstream doctors can only know what they have been taught. Though they don't know that there is a science of medicine that dates back to the time of creation that is perfect. But only those who are willing to go beyond the general masses and seek out the truth can find and if they are humble can acept. Oh well maybe next life you will accept that Jesus said though Shalt not Kill means animals as well.

Lord Jesus came in as He claimed as the Holy Son of His Holy Father.
Before His appearance the religious principles in that region were very much disturbed and rulers of that time were completely devoid of true religion.
Lord Jesus came in and preached the pure love of GOD and gave simple instructions to promote good qualities of human life.
He did not preach complicated philosophy as how GOD can be understood by a philosophical search.
I would like to quote something that Sirla Prabhupada said in 1966 when he started his mission.
He said that , " I came here to remind you all that you forgot how to take shelter to your GOD . I am here not to change your religion but instead to tell you a simple process by which you can attain the highest perfection of human life. Just simply chant the name of your Lord as it is the most authentic way to have God realisation". And then he presented the Vedic philosphy to explain by which by a philosphical search you can understand this complex creation of GOD.
In today's world we do not have faith and our minds became such that we don't have the acceptance power.
The point I am making is that Bible has Holy messages but the philosophy behind that is not as strong as we find in Vedic literature.
Vedic literature gives us the direct perception of the soul and it includes all religious teaching that exists in the world.
As Lord Krishna Says -
"All of them--as they surrender unto Me--I reward accordingly. Everyone follows My path in all respects, .." (BG 4.13)
So , you see He says about EVERYONE follows His path wheather we follow Him or not or whatever path we take it leads to Him.
The ultimate truth is that we all are human and we have only one religion which is to make our human life successful by following the religious principles and Sirla Prabhupada said "simply chant the name of Lord and you be happy and make others happy".

Do you obtain history information from another planet? You are about as wet as duck walking in the rain on this. Constantine was not a king, he was an Emperor of part of the Roman empire shortly before it fell. He also did not change the bible, but because he had a bit more power than others who attended the meeting he decided which books would be put into it. He was never a christian believer, but pretended to accept that hocus-pocus so as to gather more uninformed of the masses into it and collect more money.
Where the Jews are concerned, none of the three main sects ever accepted the NT story about the fictional Jesus; the Essenes, the Seducesses and the Pharisees. No Jew was ever killed because he was following Jesus, and all that persecution BS by the Roman against christians is just that, BS. It was put into history as such in order to further promote that cult. Also Nazareth did not exist until sometime in the 2nd century CE, and prior to that time the location on present-day Nazareth was a burial place, and if your Jesus and his family lived there then they lived in a burial place for the dead. That is just another laugh that the writers drew from the informed persons reading the story. BTW, that NT was found as you claim in a Buddhist temple but where? Also in which language was that so-called NT you refer to was written?

The Essenes had many washings which were like baptism. John the Baptist and Jesus were somewhat different having one baptism.. The essenes most certainly did not have the original New Testament but provided remarkable evidence that the Old Testament was trustworthy as the copies of the scriptures they had showed.
As far as COnstantine you are soooo wrong. THe entire New Testament excepting about 11 verses are found in quotes form early church fathers before there was a Constantine.

I think you need to be a little (a lot) skeptical of what is said on http://gospelofthenazirenes.com/.
All the texts in the canonical New Testament pre-date Constantine by more than 2 centuries. With a tweak here and a tweak there, I think we can be pretty confident that the New Testament we have is the original New Testament.
Now, should other stuff been included? That is another question.
Edit: I have not read, because I do not believe such a thing exists. But you are right, I have not read the materials you reference in the website. Otherwise, my statement stands.

Hello Jayasri Devi Dasi,
I am very happy to receive a question from you in my mail.
I am original Dayakar R.
I detected that every human is original and equal.
I am an illiterate. I don't know to read and write. Even then in no way I am unequal to you or any one in the world.
I don't tell things by reading. Off late I am very much interested in human health, your line, only doctors knows.
The world health organization says that the health is the complete state of well-being, physically, mentally and socially not with infirmity or disease.
My point is, what makes us well being? Well being is a finished good. Because of what you are well?
The human body is not made of chemicals. It is bone flesh and blood.
I talk this human health in two parts. one is your health, because you are or any human, is going to come out of his or her body. Second is your body's health because your self or any one for that matter has come out of an womb. It is either by history or by truth I don't know.
As per religion is concern, any religion is as equal as the other because it is a belief. I have found, it is not written by any one before me, that a belief can never be correct, because it is a belief not real. If it is real, that it will not be in the list of beliefs. It should be thrown out to be in the list of realities.
Reality is some thing which can not be denied.
Cheating is some thing which can not with out BELIEF.
I don't worry about the history than a man in the world.
There is nothing in the world with out a purpose, 'what is the purpose of your self(human)? I worry to tell the people the purpose.

The gnostic gospels were thrown out by Apostle Paul as false doctrines long before Constantine got into the act of preserving the Bible. The accusations against Christians back then are exactly the same accusations as we hear today. The Nazarenes could have written the DaVinci Code.
Or any other blasphemous book against our Lord.

The Bible was not always in Constantine's hands. Other people had it before Constantine, so it's been around. Constantine can add or remove all he likes, there's still all these Bibles circulating, so yeah...
Also, what Jesus says in the Bible would totally contradict things like Karma and reincarnation.
If you believe in the Bible that we have now (that's been around since it was written), then you cannot believe a thing of what the asker has said. It contradicts everything.
So I don't believe in Karma, I don't think Paul was a hoax...thanks, but no.

How did you come to your conclusions? Please cite your sources. You don't know your Christian history. Constantine was not even around when the canon of Scripture was decided in AD 405.
Here is an excerpt from the Church timeline
370-405 The Catholic Church decided what books were inspired by God, and put them into one book, "The Bible". The list of the 73 inspired books, as we have them today in the Catholic Bible, was first compiled by St. Athanasius (c.297-373). This list was confirmed by the Council of Hippo (393), Council of Carthage (397) both in North Africa (St. Augustine was active in both councils), Pope Innocent I (405), and the Council of Trent (1545-63). The Bible was preserved by the monks, who copied it over and over again in handwriting for the next 1000 years until the printing press was invented in 1450.

I guess you have never heard of Josephus, an enemy of Christ, who actually had the correct definition of what a Christian was, and who Christ was, long before Constantine.
BTW, the apostles were not Essenes, the Bible clearly shows the apostles as being Christian. The Essenes were Jews. I think that you should ask a Hasidim (Hasidic Jews) about their origins.

According to this article, it's just as much a construct of fragments as the New Testament most people accept, which is only a small part of the books available to the Council of Nicaea.
