i've seen gaelic resources on the web. i'm sure you can find one easily so do try.

I agree that it's Gaelic (although whether Scots or Irish I wouldn' t want to guess) and that even a dictionary may not be much help. Many of the inflections in Celtic languages come at the BEGINNINGS of words (and are called mutations), so it's hard even to look up a word. Maybe some Gaelic speaker will spot this question and answer it: otherwise your best bet is to google "Gaelic language" and try to find a speaker that way.

The language is Gaelic. I have absolutely no idea what it means though. Try and see if you can find a Gaelic-English dictionary, though I wouldn't count on it.
