Ok..heres the story..the girl is 17 and Im 18. I met her back in May through a friend cuz I needed a prom date. We ended up going and we had a good time. I have hung out with her twice since then and we get along fine, but it is really difficult for me to talk to her on the phone. I havent hung out with her since july...its easy for me to talk to her in person, but on the phone I have NO idea what to say. I realize that i cannot ask her out over the phone, however, I know that if I dont grow some balls and call her i will never see her again because she lives 40 minutes away. How can I get over my nervousness? What should I do?

on the phone ask her about her day first off, girls like to talk,ask her things about herself if she sees that your interested in knowing about her she will begin to open up to you. ask her about how school is going, tell her things about you too, hobbies school what you plan on doing with your life since you are about to graduate or have graduated,girls like guys who has themselves together and know what they want to do because girls don't want to be a mom and a girlfriend to you. ask her what her plans are too im sure if you just start with a couple of these things it will spark even more conversations don't worry you should do fine!
