I use MSR Denali snowshoes...mostly. The bindings are four separate straps that fit just about everything from my Salomon Snow Clogs to my Ski Boots.

I also frequently use Atlas "12" series. These have a wrap around style binding that snugs close to the foot and has two straps over the instep and one on the heel. These also fit very well with different shoes and boots.

I assume "harnesses" means the same as "bindings". The bindings on all of my snowshoes came attached to the snowshoe. I've only seen the old school wood and catgut snowshoes that come without bindings.
