Is this law still going on does somoone know something about this?

Yes... BSL is alive. It is shoved across the table somewhere every week. Sadly, many times, people do not know that it is comming up to be voted on and they are not there to protest and it gets passed.
You can get on mailing list that will keep you informed of where it is so that you can help to stomp it out at every opportunity.
Never stop fighting this horrible law.
