I am presently selling some software that I have installed once, but never used, so I figured I might as well get rid of it. I have a ebayer telling me that after its activated three times on computers, that its no longer usable. Does this make any sense? Im wondering if I should just pull the auction, b/c I certainly don't want someone to buy something of mine if they are suspicious or concerned. Just looking for thoughts or opinions.

yes you can. You just need to abide by the software agreement and if you sell it or transfer it you must include the software and all keys and uninstall it on what ever PC you originally installed it on.

I have never heard of the 3 times deal. Microsoft Windows XP is only supposed to be 25 times on the same computer. I found that out cause I do a lot of monkeying around with my computer and reinstalled quite a few times. After so many times I had to start calling in to Microsoft Activation Center to activate my copy of XP.
Itunes lets you authorize up to 5 computers but even after that you can reset it!!
I guess it could depend on what software it is though, some manufacturers may have some type of limit on how many times something can be activated on the same computer.

it is the main project alongside with your argument: desktops do no longer reproduce. yet you may desire to definitely make a working laptop or computer software that could desire to mimic evolution. yet for that to make experience, you need to set some arbitrary fee and "advantages" the computer for procuring nearer. an basic occasion may be 5 random numbers from one to 10, say 65432. then you get the computer to randomly generate digits in an attempt to get the unique quantity. If one digit is actual it remains. For different digit, the computer selects yet another random quantity in a blind attempt to examine the unique. finally, the computer will "locate" the quantity. assume the unique quantity are the environmental circumstances and the numbers represent some characteristic and how close or far it is. you may additionally reproduce the "close sufficient" component. a 2 being replaced by a 4 mutually as searching for 6 may be "rewarded" by this technique no longer searching for numbers below 4. this may be a simplified mathematical style for evolution.

with adobe branded products, if the product has been registered you need to request for transfer of license. (not applicable for Education version) Activation is not a problem. Just have your ebayer call customer service to verify the license
