Well, this is an easy one. Science obviously trumps the Bible in trustworthiness in reference to almost everything that is important to us. It is more reliable in telling us how to heal our bodies, how to develop our minds, how to feed humanity, how best to behave, how best to elicit the most positive behavior in others, etc. Science is the most solid human convention ever, and far supersedes the Bible in net worth.
The Christian, for obvious reasons, will never admit to this, but their actions betray their devotion to the so called truth of the Bible. After all, if a relative of a Christian collapses on the floor, do they pray for healing first, or do they call an ambulance? They call an ambulance of course, and get that person medical treatment, thus demonstrating through their actions, that they actually have more trust in science than in Holy Scripture. When Christians want to prevent diseases like small pox and polio from infecting their children, they rely on vaccinations, thus implicitly putting their children’s lives in the hands of preventive measure that have a Darwinian basis. If they had such faith in the Bible, why not just ask Jesus to protect them from illnesses? Of course that technique was tried during the Middle Ages, with catastrophic results. When Christians want food on the table, they purchase it from a grocery store, which in turn gets it from a farmer who applied scientific principles to yield crops. They don’t just pray for it, and wait for a steak or a piece of bread to fall from heaven like manna.
So science, according to every relevant metric, far out does the Bible, and people, even the people of faith, though not acknowledging it, entrust far more to science than they do to the Bible. The only thing that the Bible can do that science cannot do is delude the masses. In that sense, the Bible is far greater than science. I guess you cannot win them all.

What is more trustworthy. Something designed by the word of the creator, or something designed by the created?
However, it is in your decision. Not to say science is wrong, but to trust something you hear, or what something says from any book can be dangerous. The Bible is the Word of God, geographically AND historically correct, past present and future, finalized forever in time. People criticize bible readers for their faith and willingness to deny science and interpreting science wrongly. But the science people deny the bible the same way. Science if changing and eventually will catch up with the Bible. I think it already has. You can look that up as well on how Science agrees with the bible...
I hope you find the truth

i will trust more...with science... not to say it is always right... but there always seems to be someone there to question and correct a previous claim or theory.
previous thoughts always being challenged
religion has no such questions. the bible has been so contorted so many times to fit the situation that arose that you just cant believe it to be fact.
also add that... everyone... has a different interpretation on any number of verses in it.
makes me know...science is more dependable...

Science is a set of conditional rules based upon observation of the world around us.
Religion is words written on paper which has no verifiable truth to it.
You do the math.

I'd have to say science because it provides evidence in an effort to prove itself. The Bible says it's the truth, so it's inherently flawed.

Science or the Bible? Well, no person can just tell you what to believe.
Listen to your heart. Choose the faith that your heart tells you to.

Both of them can keep a pretty good secret. But science is more factual.

Science. Science at least attempts to correct itself, religions insist they are already correct, despite all the evidence to the contrary.
