The closest thing you get to an undeniable truth is from logic and mathematics. But even then you need to set some presuppositions first. For example, you could say that 1+1=2 is an undeniable truth, but only if you predefine the environment for this statement first, like the meaning of the numbers, the operations etc.
An undeniable truth without any sort of definitions up front is unthinkable.
