Well, the "no pants" part is covered by law.

Is the law so if someone goes inside the restaurant/gas station with no pants.They will call the cops and have that person removed for public disposure.

The same thing as if they went in with no shirt or shoes, but pants is so obvious it is not listed.

depend on what type of establishment it is.
moderate or casual vs. high end or pricey.
pants and jackets means no shorts, dress like court.

then legally they have no recourse, as it was not listed.....but if you did bring it all the way to court, it would prolly be thrown out, as pants are a given........
